ӪptkMentis1© (ӪM1),” the Omnes Videntes Oculum or the “All Seeing Eye” was inspired by my May 2021 paper, “LEVIATHAN Power of Universal Cyborg.” I presented the following theory:

If the “eyes are the windows to the soul,” then imagine a minuscule module implant or an external plug in equipped with scanners to examine a user’s eye as those used in optometry to determine both the eye and health of patients.
Similarly facial recognition apps with images and data from health and law systems can highlight persons of intereste.”
Upon revisiting the Master, Leonardo da Vinci, I found we shared ambitions noted in his manuscript, “Codex of the eye, Manual D.” As da Vinci, my interest lies in the means of modifying the eye experimenting with devices. Distinctly, far removed from proletarians associated with the Alphabet, Google.
I imagine a rudimentary engine to explore will assist them to discover remedy of choice for human ailments relies on oral tonic, as the Swiss swiftly supply. Aficionados of the effortless, such wretched creatures seek not to mind and monitor what gushes from their veins.

Optimized laser-like optic scanner operates direct to optic nerve or probing eyelids collects images via magnetic-like resonance retrieving via an electromagnetic device.

Flight and Invisibility are at our control and command. Not in the traditional form.
Invisibility in cyberspace, we can walk seamlessly “ghosting” our targets surveilling their every move. OR, one can make the adversary and enemy “invisible.” In their non-existence we need not veil our presence.

“Man or Machine”
“If there were machines which bore a resemblance to our body and imitated our actions as far as it was morally possible to do so, we should always have two very certain tests by which to recognise that, for all that, they were not real men.” Descartes
Descartes sets the bar high for the machines: Unlike men, machines cannot formulate words and expressions in response to others; simply unable to reason and think for themselves. Although the machines can out-perform men in several ways, the machines’ winnings are not the fruits of their knowledge but that of man-made programmed responses.
Stephen William Hawking, the English theoretical physicist and cosmologist reportedly saw the brain as a computer. It seems, moreover, that as our brains are meshed with non-organic modules, flesh and steel, a human can be re-built if not re-programmed from a system failure or system crash.
Genetic Engineering offers exciting opportunities to design advanced humanoids. Integration of devices and applications can augment human possibilities.
Commanding and controlling one’s neural system is innate and naturally taken for granted. Cyborgs’ remotely commanding and controlling other systems is an applied science.
Navigating successfully this frontier requires innate fearlessness and dynamic multi-level and multi-dimensional thinking – leveraging the longstanding linear perspective and experimenting with the nonlinear.
Be forewarned, e-LEVIATHAN is more than man and machine. Mind and Muscle, conveys a new meaning to plasticity does it not?
Descartes would be taken aback to discover that the concept of machines being or not being “real men” would prove to be unreasonable in an unrealistic world and its immoral methods. Only in the presence of death can one come close to “real men.”
Alas, as to the ӪM1, I remind you “A machine can hunt, but it cannot think.”

Human & Artificial Intelligent (HAI)
Americans’ creativity of an imagined ‘6 million dollar man’ and ‘bionic woman’ gave way to grounded rudimentary outfitted soldiers, surpassed only by F-35 aerial operations.
In time, vulnerability of the F-35s or “flying supercomputer” high-tech computing strength can be shut down, was in lock stead to their soldiers. End of primitive fighters has given rise to a re-engineered Human Artificial Intelligent (HAI) equipped with an (ӪM1).
The e-LEVIATHAN or what I call a HAI can see but not be seen. Framework is comprised of HAI + Power↔Speed + “Kill Switch.” Camouflage or Human Chameleon, the “Artificiall Man” has given rise to what I see as the “Masters of Our Imagined Domain.”
Almost four thousand years ago, the philosopher Thomas Hobbes made his observations of the future of mankind, the STATE or what he termed “Artificiall Man.” Artificial Intelligence seems the natural successor of the Artificiall Man or are they simply one and the same? In either case, to call it a future innovation is inaccurate.
Fortune not only favors the brave soldier but the creators of new realities. Users moving in and out in a fusion of what appear like cinematic scenes. Key is to know how, when, where and what to “cut the digital tape, and go live.” From the augmented to the virtual, adaptability to new fusion of realities will encompass the hybrid mindset.
Power↔Speed
Networks need Power for Speed to successfully execute. Distribution of both is necessary. Problems require novel solutions.
In “Software Algorithm Solution for Power Distribution Networks Analysis and Control” by Slobodan Jovanović at The Metropolitan University , The Faculty of Information Technologies, Belgrade, Serbia, Jovanović presents:
“A novel application of the Maclaurin-Newton load flow method. A new inversion load flow formulation, with a complex inversion Jacobian, is successfully applied to simulate load flows of power distribution systems. An inversion admittance matrix is utilized as a complex inversion Jacobian for the solution of the distribution system load flow equations.”
A myriad of solutions have likely been proposed in recent years. Still, I found Jovanović novel approach and programing language was simple to execute and speed induced.

A 53-node 11kV- distribution network…”
“Kill Switch”

Question remains: Is there a ‘Kill-SWITCH’ to the Monsters we bring to life?
“Kill Switch” is found on your air crafts, weapons and nuclear power plants. Who controls the “safety control rod axe man” (SCRAM) of an AI Brain or “Electronic Bank”? End be injury or destruction of the scout?

Hobbes’ observation in his time, 17th century, has changed very little in the art of spying against the enemy. Deep tech has opened up a new space whereby the “mirrors” are exponential.
Complexity runs parallel to the building blocks of weapons and military systems.

In the grounded Space that harbors your existence, await not droplets as they too can be misconstrued for a life net, wasser. In the end, as you search for that outer being, may fortune befall upon you who cherish your inner being as a creature of a hidden and dark place you call the Sea, only to finally discover the LEVIATHAN.
